Rosalia

Rosalia Vila, also known as Rosalia Rosaly, is an Spanish Flamenco music singer. Since she was a teenager, she's embraced the edges of traditional and popular music. She also plays with genres like hip-hop trap and soul. Her voice has been described by no less talented than flamenco musician Pepe Habichuela as sweet and sharp, however with a bit of bite similar to older versions. El Mal Querer is her second album that was released in 2018, which has been a commercial and critical success. Following Los Angeles, her debut album from 2017, she was awarded an Latin Grammy for Best New Artist as well as a Latin Grammy nod. La Fama featuring Weeknd debuted in 2021. The third album by Motomami offered songwriting collaborations with a variety of producers and artists such as Cory Henry and James Blake. In March 2022 the set was launched following Saturday Night Live's show Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia performed solo for the first time on the program. Motomami Rosala as well as winning three Latin Grammy Awards and the Latin Album of the Year award twice, was the first woman ever to receive both awards.
